Located just off a main highway. Lots of room to pull off and park.
What happened here a long time ago, not many remember, or want to remember, but the story has been passed on to some. There were a few gals working in the lounge one night when the lights went out and a shot rang out. Charlie (aka Chubby) lay there on the floor. Who could have done this dastardly deed. There were about a dozen or so men that had been in the lounge. Was it one of them? After a lengthly questioning from the local constables is was finally discovered that Bud was the culprit. His motive you ask? Seems like Chubby's Roadhouse was trying to take over Bud's Diner and since Bud went to jail, and nobody could keep up the rent, everyone went their own way and this soon became a ghost town.
