Best access is to turn around and drive south - pull over just before the "No Parking beyond this point". There is space just to the right of the sign to park.
Walk up to the guardrail to look for this nano.
One of my favorite places to park and read and watch the waves. I'm sure there were caches here in the past but looks like a new one can fit in. Bet I'll be replacing the cache in no time since there are any number of bikers, hikers and visitors right here - try to be really discreet - perhaps have your camera handy for a picture (lol, hint).
