This is a regular size Rubbermaid jar. It is painted to match the terrain. It will reqire a short hike from any close parking area. It is located about 250ft off the main trail. No need to bushwhack since ATV’s have made a path.
This is the 2nd of two caches we have placed on the Oak Hill Rails to trails in Oak Hill. This is an old rail bed that has been adapted into a hiking and biking trail for the Oak Hill community. The trail goes right through the heart of Oak Hill and is used daily for jogging, walking, and biking. The idea behind these two caches is to park at either one and then walk the trail to the next (approx 1.6 miles one way). Of course if you don’t want the exercise then both caches can be driven to (with the 2nd only being a short walk). Enjoy!
