Located on Bagram Air Base, you will need credentials to access the general area, but nothing specific to get to this cache.
Fairly easy stop & go. Maintain your situational awareness while here of auto traffic, both inside AND OUTSIDE the wire. Very small container, may have room for SMALL trackables, but coins are too large. Container is very delicate also; if broken, go ahead and replace with your own. Bring own pen.
