Pinon Hills Park
Pinon Hills Park is one of 2 parks in the Phelan Pinon Hills Community (the other being Phelan Park). This park provide amenities and activities for all to enjoy. The Community Center can be rented out for functions and meetings.
Pinon Hills Park is a small cozy park. The amenities include 3 playgrounds, 3 small covered picnic areas with bbq's and picnic table. Park is open between sunrise and sunset. There are plans for future expansion which will include an additional playground and basketball court. District is currently seeking funding for this expansion.
Pinon Hills Park is managed by Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District. The District was established through an election on February 5, 2008. With a 81% approval rating, the voters approved the formation of the district as a consolidation of three Special Districts, Zone-L70 Water, CSA-9 Phelan Parks and Street Lighting and CSA56-F1 Pinon Hills Parks. May of 2011 became the temporary home the District.
