Where was the real first kindergarten class in the country?

Most people don't know where the first kindergarten of the United States is. The ones who think they know believe the first kindergarten in the country was in the Octagon House in Watertown, WI. Or they think it is the small one room building behind the Octagon House.
It is not!!!!

The cache location that is given leads to the first waypoint where you will find some reading. In order to find the second location(final) you will have to read and learn the history.
The Final cache is at N 43 12.ABB W 088 44.CDD (the real first kindergarten location)
1) A= Last digit in the year that the Schurz home burned down
2) BB= Last two digits in the year that Mrs. Schurz ran the school through before moving to Milwaukee minus 12.
3) C= Year Mrs. Schurz died minus 1,876
4) DD= Last two digits in the year(100 years after the founding) the one room building of the kindergarten was about to be razed and moved to its current location minus 16.
NOTE:
In order to get in the Octagon house and the one classroom building you have to pay a fee, I don't know the dollar amount. It isn't required to find either of the caches. Feel free to take the tour though.
Please read all of the info provided and please put the caches back the way you found them. The first cache is spice container(with an addition) and the final cache is a camo baby formula container with some goodies for kids. This isn't the type of geocache to do later in the day when its dark because the first waypoint is next to residential homes.
