Monte Santa Maria Tiberina
Il borgo di Monte Santa Maria Tiberina sorge lungo la valle del
torrente Aggia, in una posizione panoramica che l'ha reso frequente
meta di villeggiatura.
Il paese, oggi basato su un'economia di tipo agricolo, fu un tempo
roccaforte dei marchesi Del Monte. Gli edifici più interessanti per
i turisti alla ricerca di bellezze architettoniche sono senza
dubbio il castello, nel nucleo dell' abitato, che si fa risalire al
XVI secolo, e la chiesa di Santa Maria, che ha dato nome al paese,
dove vengono conservati anche resti di un paliotto di epoca
preromana.

- Festa d'Autunno
La festa, con ingresso gratuito, si tiene con cadenza annuale in un
periodo di 3 giorni alla 3ª domenica di ottobre. È caratterizzata
dalla presenza di prodotti del bosco (Castagne, funghi, tartufi),
lavorazioni dell'artigianato locale, degustazioni di prodotti
tipici, da spettacoli folcloristici e sfilate in stile
medioevale.
- Sagra della Porchetta
Si svolge dal giovedi alla 1ª domenica di Agosto. Sono quattro
giorni dedicati alla degustazione di piatti tipici locali, con al
centro delle degustazioni il porcello cotto al forno e i fagioli
con le cotiche.
Cache semplicissima, all'interno del centro storico che non è
accessibile in macchina. Le vie del paese sono strette e ci sono
molte scale. L'accesso con passeggini è fattibile ma non molto
agevole, con sedie a rotelle direi decisamente scomodo.
The village of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina is situated along the
river valley Aggie, in a panoramic position that has made it a
frequent holiday destination.
The town, now based on an agricultural economy, was once the
stronghold of the Del Monte family. Buildings of interest for
tourists in search of architectural beauty are undoubtedly the
castle, in the nucleus of the village, which dates back to the XVI
century, and the church of Santa Maria, who gave name to the
village, where even remains of a pre-Roman frontal can be
found.

- Autumn Festival
The party, with free admission, is held annually over a period of
three days in the 3rd Sunday of October. It is characterized by the
presence of forest products (chestnuts, mushrooms, truffles), works
of local crafts, local products tasting, from folk dances and
parades in medieval style.
- Sagra della Porchetta
It takes place from Thursday to Sunday 1st of August. There are
four days dedicated to the tasting of typical local dishes, with
tastings at the center of the pig and baked beans with pork
rinds.
Simple cache, inside the old town which is not accessible by
car. The village streets are narrow and there are many stairs.
Access for prams is feasible but not very easy, wheelchair I would
say very uncomfortable.

Das Dorf Monte Santa Maria Tiberina ist durch das Flusstal Aggie,
in einer Panorama-Lage, die häufig Urlaubsziel gemacht hat.
Das Land, jetzt auf einem landwirtschaftlichen Wirtschaft stützt,
war einst die Hochburg der Del Monte. Gebäude von Interesse für
Touristen auf der Suche nach architektonischen Schönheit sind
zweifellos das Schloss, in den Kern des "Dorfes, das stammt aus dem

- Autumn Festival
Die Partei, mit freiem Eintritt, wird jährlich über einen Zeitraum
von drei Tagen in der 3. Sonntag im Oktober statt. Es wird durch
die Anwesenheit von Waldprodukten (Kastanien, Pilze, Trüffeln),
Werke von lokalem Kunsthandwerk, regionale Produkte probieren, von
Volkstänzen und Paraden im mittelalterlichen Stil geprägt.
- Sagra della Porchetta
Sie findet von Donnerstag bis Sonntag 1. August. Es gibt vier Tage
für sich die Verkostung von typischen Gerichten der Region, mit
Verkostung in der Mitte des Schweins und gebackene Bohnen mit
Schweinefleisch Schwarten.
Einfache Cache, in der Altstadt, die nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Das Dorf Straßen sind eng und es gibt viele Treppen. Zugang für
Kinderwagen machbar ist, aber nicht sehr einfach, Rollstuhl Ich
würde sagen, sehr unbequem.
