Geocache Description:

The cache is placed in a park that will have easy access to the cache. There is also parking near the caravan park and a pleasant walk to gz. This way is better for kids.
The local land care group have cleaned up the park recently as well making the area safer.

The cache is a mint container.
The cache is held in place with a anti gravitional device so please put back in the same place.

I have been past here many times but never noticed the big rock with a plaque on it when was surrounded by 1.5 tones of metal. But when I rode past I did see it and stopped for a look.

It appears that we have the oldest timber truss bridge in NSW on our door step. Who would have known that?

The “brig” O Johnston was named in July 2001 to celebrate the bicentenary of river navigation.
