Geocache Description:

Cache Information
No. 1. - Elm Farm
You are looking for a 35ml film pot. (This is double potted in a 60ml pot)

Please ensure cache is well hidden and camouflaged afterwards.

This set of caches is located along a public bridleway which runs north from Elm Farm on the B2067 towards the Orlestone Forest. The nearby village of Hamstreet was featured in map-form on a set of stamps to commemorate 200 years of the Ordnance Survey who began their first nationwide survey in the local area. The bypass which is visible from the bridleway opened in 1994.
Because there is no parking available near the bridleway, it is best to park in the village and walk.

A parking waypoint is now on the cache listing and the co-ordinates are also given here.
There is room for 2-3 cars in this pull-in/lay by but residents also park here so it may be restricted to 1-2 cars.

You can also park in the Forestry Commission Car park (see #06 in the series) as full co-ordinates and directions are given on that one.
