Cache is hidden on BAF, you will need proper credentials to access the base, but nothing special to get to GZ.
Initially we wanted to do something SPECIAL with this cache, but the more I thought about it, I realized it wasn't a premier location. Fairly obvious location, but stealth will be required to get the smiley.
