Geocache Description:

Please include a little tale about why you were in the area. Criteria such as this according to Geo rules can not be a stipulation of logging the cache, so those that don't leave a tale or picture will not be deleted.

Feel free to add your favorite squirrel pictures too.

My tale is:

I frequently musky fish here. I placed this cache after a fishing trip in June of 2011 with my son. We didn't catch or see any, but that is a frequent occurance while musky fishing. I had to retake the coords after fishing here in August 2011 because the batteries in my old GPS died and I lost them. I was guiding 2 great guys during the World Musky Hunt. We caught a 44" beauty and seen a few others. The action was on Bulldawgs, Double Cowgirls and Hard Heads but nothing on squirrel tails.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Woodruff office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of the proper notification form.

I will supply hints upon request from any seekers who post a DNF, but it should be fairly easy for most.
