Geocache Description:

This is a magnetic nanocache placed during a canoe trip down the Bitteroot River in Montana. The access is easy from the river, but may not be possible from the shore side. BYOP. No room for swag.

BigAlDmissoula and I placed this cache during a canoe trip down the Bitteroot River. At this point the river adjoins private lands and the cache is placed below the high water mark. This may make land access difficult or impossible. Access from the river is easy. Access during high water seasons will also be impossible as the cache may well be underwater. We will check to make sure it's still there after flood stage next spring, but I have every expectation that it will be fine. There is a potentially fabulous award for the FTF.

This cache is outside my normal area but my son and his family live in Missoula (BigAlDmissoula) and he will be maintaining the cache.
