EN: For many years, especially after WW2, in the eastern part of Korcula there was a big park called Hober. This is basically a pine wood, but there were paths among the trees, benches where you could rest, and people often went there for a walk, to relax after a long day.
Gradually, the park faded into oblivion, and now there are no benches any more, only a few paths used mostly by local people for walking their dogs or jogging, only few tourists come here (which is pity). Great for hiking, from this area you can easily reach Hober and Naplov caches in vicinity.
"Pjaca" (from italian "Piazza", square) is how the locals call this big clearing in the middle of the woods, used for gatherings many years ago, when there were not many things to do in Korcula.
Not recommended to search for after the dark (it is in the middle of a forest)
