The idea behind this puzzle cache is simple:
If you go to the co-ordinates above, you'll find yourself at the end of the pedestrianised Long Causeway. As you walk along it, straight on through Cathedral Square and on along Bridge Street, you need to look at the shop signs, for the letters that are making up the Peterborough collage above.
When you find a matching letter, make a note of the number of letters in the word that it appears in - which is not necessarily the name of the shop! For example, if the "O" was from Woolworths, then O=10. (Any letters that are repeated in "Peterborough" are identical.)
Check sum: 65 (ignoring repeated letters)
N.B. I've been advised that "e" is hidden by shutters after dark. Night cachers: please see the hint!
Once you have all the letters, put them into the formula below:
N52 3 (u-g) . (r-b) o P
W000 1 h . (e-g) (o-t) h
Those are both letter "o", not zero!
The cache container is about 1km away. You can either walk there, or collect your car and drive a bit closer.
