Easy cache on the Heart of Iowa Trail
One of our favorite characters from children's books is Waldo. He was always wandering around and leaving things that he needed to find...perhaps some geocaches! We had some fun imagining Waldo leaving a few geocaches on the Heart of Iowa Trail.
This cache is near the intersection of 580th and the Heart of Iowa trail. If you wanted to make this a quick park and grab, you could park on the shoulder near the intersection. Of course, you could park at any trailhead if you are biking the trail.
The container is a large peanut butter jar which should be able to accomodate small trade items.
