Please join me in extending congratulations to Team Dennis and his
wonderful dog Inga on finding 2000 caches – well done! It was
only a few months ago that they found 1000, and all of a sudden
another worthy milestone has been achieved. To mark this milestone,
a silver ammo can has been hidden for Team Dennis and Inga,
geocachers extraordinaire!
Best parking at the coordinates listed below.
This cache is located in the Three Lakes wildlife area. Plenty
of wildlife to see here too – keep a watchful eye out. There
is no defined trail to speak of to get to the silver ammo can, but
game trails and other open spots should give you a decent hike in.
This area is open to hunting, so just be aware of your surroundings
during those times of the year. Those of you that visited the Shady
Oaks cache in the past will recognize this location, but certainly
worthy of a return visit.
Please add a note in your log on a favorite cache or adventure
you may have shared with Aaron and Inga over the years.
Congratulations on a great milestone!
