Located in the Three Lakes State Wildlife area. Suggested
parking below. (There is another parking area south of the cache
that could also work.) The most direct route may not be the best
route with the tall prairie grasses in the warm weather months.
Cache is located near one of the small lakes out in this pretty
area. In addition to the usual wildlife, there is also a good
amount of migratory bird activity here in the spring and fall.
Regular size cache awaits. Hunting is allowed here in season.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Baldwin DNR
office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin
Department of Natural Resources managed lands require permission by
means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the
notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it
to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager
information can be obtained at the Wisconsin DNR website.
