Another in our series of rural cemeteries. This well-kempt cemetery contains about 200 individual grave sites, with some going back as far as 1911. The earliest grave on record is 1897.
The cache is about 2 miles north of Scenic SD, a few hundred feet off Highway 44. There is a short dirt road to the cache site. You do not have to enter the cemetery grounds to find the cache. If a service is in progress, or if there is someone here maintaining a grave site, please come back at a later time. If you do chose to visit the cemetery, please pay due respect and do not disturb any of the markers or headstones. Follow any and all posted cemetery regulations. Most importantly, do NOT look for this cache after dark.
The cache is log only, you will need your own writing stick and a TOTT to extract the log if necessary. Please, carefully put the cache back exactly how and where you found it.
As with all of our caches, good luck and have fun!
