This cache is another wheelchair accesible cache hidden on the island of Hessa, more presisely in Skarbøvik.
It might not be available during the winter for those in wheel chair due to snowy conditions and the plough has cleared the streets for snow. It might be difficult to get over the snow build-up on the sides of the road.
The cach is avalable all year round.
Anton Alvestads Gate in Skarbøvik is named after Anton Ludvig Alvestad. He was born at Sula. Anton was a chairman/spokesmen in Aalesund, the first chairmen/spokesmen from the Labour party.
He also became an mayor of Aalesund.
He was educated as a baker and worked for John Walderhaug untill 1907, then he started some business on his own. He was early engaged in politics within the socialdemocrate party, He was one of the founders of the Labourparty.
