About the place:
Marathos is a quiet small village in the region Thessalia of central Greece.
It belongs to the municipality of the Volos and it is only 10 km away from this city.
Marathos lies in the gulf of Volos on the aegean sea with a small harbour.
It is a very nice place and has very modern houses and villas.
In the summer time you can enjoy swimming on the small nice beaches in a clean and calm water.
The visit to this place will prepare all the people great joy.

The cache is a small plastic box and it is hidden on the southern tip of a small peninsula in Marathos.
It lies on the coast in a distance of about 20 m from the sea with a beautiful surrounding view.
