This is number of caches set on cycle route 44 - the caches are meant for cycle or foot, so, although on a road, there are no parking locations and, seeing as the road is so rural, there is a surprising amount of muggles that use it, so stopping on the roadside is not recommended.
I wanted to put out some interesting caches and found several locations on cycle route 44 I thought deserved looking at.
