Geocache Description:

This series has been created to highlight some of the fantastic places we have in Melbourne's outer Eastern suburbs. No need to rush, take your time and have a look at the areas surrounding each cache. Collect the clue from each cache to find the final location of cache #11.

Most of all this series has been put out for my fellow cachers to have fun!

This lake once formed the CSR Quarry and is now the beginnings of a new picnic area which will eventually have a boardwalk running alongside it. I am happy to place the first cache in this area.

To find the cache, you will need to do some counting. starting at the top of the concrete steps. Walk down each set, counting as you go. If you get to a turn on the concrete path, go to the left. Make your way all the way to the Lake.

AB=How many steps in the 1st set?
C=How many steps in the 2nd set?
DE=How many steps in the 3rd set?
FG=How many steps in the 4th set?
H=How many steps in the 5th set?
IJ=How many steps in total?

OK, thats it for the counting, now, take a seat, enjoy the lake and work out the location of GZ.

37 (C-F)(H/2).(H/2)(B)(I)
145 (D)(J-A).(G)(I)(C+D)

You are looking for a 1L Systema container painted black with a log book, pen and some small swaps. Good luck, dont forget to grab the clue for the final from the Log Book.

There is a Pathtag for next to find. Please re-cover properly

Logging Etiquette: Geocache hiders sometimes go through a great deal of planning to place their caches. As a result, they'd like to hear your feedback on whether you liked or disliked any aspect of the hide, or if you feel that some cache maintenance is required. Single word, acronym, or emoticon logs may be easier when you have a lot of caches to log, but it doesn't tell the hider or other finders anything about your adventure (or lack thereof) in finding the cache. Please keep this in mind when entering your log.
