Geocache Description:

This one is at the top of Palomar by the entrance to the state park. You may want to park at Silvercrest and hike to it from there or park just off the park grounds, both are free. It is a great drive up and a great way to spend the day. Be careful since the trees will make for some very poor reception. I managed an averaged EPE of 17ft. If and when you find it, go back out and look at the view you have from here, it is beautiful. Good Hunting.
