Charli's fields is a circular walk (4km / 2.5 miles) around Parkfields and Allum Lane Spinney, in Elstree Herts. Named after Charli the Miniature Schnauzer. The walk should last no more than 90 minutes and is a great family walk or super with a dog.
The walk comprises of 6 traditional caches each with a clue and a bonus cache if you can work out the co-ordinates.
Please ensure you bring a pen with you. Cars can be parked on the Allum Lane slip road (no parking 2-3pm Mon to Fri) and the entrance to the park is on Allum Lane. There are other entrances including on Red Road, Borehamwood and Park Crescent, Elstree.
NB Please do not wander onto the golf course next to the park. Please be respectful to golfers taking their shots.
Inside the lid of each cache is a clue. Write down exactly what you find - you will need this if you plan to attempt the Bonus cache.
These 6 + 1 caches are separate from the cache "Charli's Woods" GC2VM85 although of course you are welcome to find this one too on your way around.
