Geocache Description:



Sir 1023 is character who appears in Rudolph's Shiny New Year. He is a knight in shining armor and proprietor to an island which is home to some of the world's fondest nursery rhymes and fairy tales. A militant fellow, with a strong sense of duty, Sir 1023 joins Rudolph in his search for the Happy new year, after a thorough exploration of the island.

They are always one step behind baby Happy, but finally spot the little one riding atop the giant Aeon the Terrible, who has abducted Happy from the woods just outside the home of the Three Bears.


The winter series theme this year involves characters from the classic Rankin/Bass Stop-Motion animation TV Specials that first aired in the 60's, 70's, and early 80's.
