Figured it was time to start filling up the Luce Line a little more with some caches. This is a nice area that is pretty popular with the locals for a quick walk, run, bike ride, or just to take the dog out for a while. As you enter Hutchinson from the West there is a parking area on the South side of the road with a Park for the kids, restrooms (open during summer), and an Archery Range.
The Luce Line State Trail was developed for biking, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and skiing. From Hutchinson to Cedar Mills the trail is crushed granite.
