Geocache Description:

"The Proposal" is located near the paved path along the east side of beautiful Lake Chabot. You can park on the street to avoid a parking fee.

The proposal: Erika and Bill went to this location on 13 February 2011, where Bill hid a "geocache" for Erika. She found it, he proposed, she said YES, they were married on 22 August. The wedding guests each brought something to add to this geocache.

You might enjoy lunch on the table provided, with new strength continue on the trail, past the "four united", now you are getting warmer. Watch the poison oak.

Originally this cache was located in a hollow tree, which has since fallen to the ground. It is still at the same location.

Due to the heavy tree-cover, your GPS readings may be misleading.
