Veteran Cachers 7 Traditional Cache
ATPerkins: Sorry guys. I've had to replace this cache four times; the last container I placed was dropped down between the fences. It's just not practical to keep a cache here. If I find a way to make it work in the future, I'll do it.

There are no obsticles, except muggles to obtaining this cache. Muggles are more likely in the late afternoon and evening, and on weekends.
Many cachers are veterans, so it just seemed natural that there should be a series of caches located where veterans are found.
This cache is unique in the series because it was place on National POW/MIA Recognition Day. You will need to bring your own pen. Care should be taken to leave the line attached so as not to let the cache drop into the black abyss.
