This is our first Geocache and is located on the edge Cotwall End Valley Nature Reserve. It is the first in a series of caches to be placed in locations not far from a road / car park, for Geocachers who are pressed for time.
Cotwall End Valley Nature Reserve is a great place to spend time having a leisurely stroll. If you have time there are several other caches within 30 minutes walk.
There is off-road parking available behind the Nature Centre at the Sedgley end of Cotwall End Road (N52 31.928 W002 07.852), although this may be a little to far away (3/4 mile) for those of you who are in a rush. On road parking is available at the Straits end of Cotwall End Road, close to the cache site. If you use this please be mindful of local residents and try not to park right next to the cache for obvious reasons.
The cache is a 150ml cylindrical plastic container and has room for a few small swaps. When placed the cache contained the following:
1) Toy Car
2) Shell
3) Rubber
4) 20C Coin
There is plenty of tree cover in the immediate area so gps can be a little sketchy at times.
