Great view of Commencement Bay from a well traveled neighborhood road. Park on the right traveling west.
$1 for FTF.
I love the views of the water from NE Tacoma: mountains, boat traffic, weather patterns over the water, eagles, container ships etc. I have placed other caches with views and have been wanting to put this one out there for a while, enjoy.
