The Tx Tadpole, Chicken, and i love coming out to this area to fish, observe nature, and enjoy the scenery. Caching out here just adds to the fun!
The spot this one is hidden at is on one of the Martin Dies paddling trails which makes it extra fun if you're into kayaking or canoeing. A boat of some kind is needed of course, but the cache should be easy to find otherwise. It's regular in size and has started out with a logbook, pen, and a variety of different swag items.
As always in wild areas like this, be sure to watch where you step and where you place your hands. There are critters out there that can bite!
