PET ROCKS was WASH AWAY THIS WINTER ......One of greatest parts of Coupeville is Ebey's landing and the 3 mile walk along the bluff and beach. This cache should not be too hard but feel free to add rocks. UPDATE DEC 30 2014 Replaced cache.... Bad storm washed everything away rocks and all. THANK YOU FOR ADDING MORE ROCKS
