Geocache Description:

Always nice to run into one of these when traveling.

You can pull over just south of the cache, watch for traffic. Muggles shouldn't be a problem, but keep an eye out just in case. If you see a friendly guy just to the N/W say Hi. That's Frank and he made what's hidding the cache. He is also full of local info.
