This tupperware cache is placed near the Fort retail park at Easterhouse, near the loch. It contains notebook, pencil, plastic ladybird, and silver Dragonfly. Good luck,and enjoy the hunt.
IT was in the 1950s, when Glasgow - and Scotland - was adjusting to the post-war realities, that the huge estates of Easterhouse and Garthamlock were created.
Thousands of people were re-located from the overcrowded city centre to estates such as these.
By 1959,construction work was well advanced, with serried ranks of housing taking shape near a winding canal.
But the lack of industry and amenities, and low car ownership, hampered the growth of Easterhouse and Garthamlock for too long.
