Geocache Description:

First in a series celebrating Tri-state geocachers who have been active in geocaching for 10 years or more.

Wednesday, October 5, 2011 marks ten years since my first geocache find, and I decided to celebrate by placing a cache.

On October 5, 2001, I found GC1782, Crosstimbers New World Adventure, in North Richland Hills, Texas.

Since then I've found over 4300 caches in 21 states, over 1600 trackables, almost 300 benchmarks, and almost 500 Waymarks. I've had the privilege of serving as a cache reviewer and for three terms as the Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Ohio Kentucky Indiana Cachers. It's been a great 10 years! I'm looking forward to finding a lot more caches and getting to know a lot more cachers in the future.

Cache owner has moved to Pennsylvania.  Feel free to replace this one if you are unable to find it.
