I saw this as an excellent location for a cache for those wanting a little bit of a challenge without being overly complex. It requires stealth which is nearly impossible due to traffic, and the element of danger is ever present.
I wouldn't recommend this one for those bringing children due to the proximity to the road. It's a micro, so bring your own pen and return exactly as found for the next cacher.
