In the desert it is important to keep well hydrated- Most suggest consuming 1 galon per day per person. My kids and I kept this in mind while in the area and placed this cache to encourage others to do the same. This should be a pretty quick one on this awesomely desolate road.
Did you know that the old buildings and windmill that you saw off to your left after turning off the main road, as well as the buildings on your right with the "marie's place" sign are all that remains of an early 20th century religious compound known as the "Home of Truth"? Well now you know.
