An almost quick find on your ride by the river. During the summer months, there are often many muggles on, under, over and around the bridge so bring your best stealth mode.

This cache is nestled along the bike path right near the Cardinal Landing Bridge.
Take a short walk to the top of the bridge for the "view" up and down the river watching the various kinds of floaters heading down the river.
There is a great place for a "photo op" right next to the information billboard. I'll see if I can post a photo later showing where to stand with the bridge in the background.
