When searching for this cemetery from the north driving south on Humboldt Creek Road, it is easy to miss this spot. The cemetery is situated on a hillside on left side of road that makes it hard to notice. If you suddenly come upon a PIG FARM, then you drove roughly 1 mile too far south.
If you are searching for this cemetery from the south driving north, then you will be able to see the cemetery out in the distance on right side of road quite easily from the PIG FARM.
About the size of a SALT SHAKER and GREEN in color, in fact. While exploring cemetery, I found the headstone of a woman born in 1796 and died in 1871.
As always, follow the rules that we have all read on other page write-ups concerning visiting cemeteries.
UPDATE: February 19, 2012: Due to a new cattle gate being placed roughly 5' further west of its original position when I placed cache, decided to move container further INSIDE cemetery. This way should be no potential problems concerning farmers or cattle. Container is now in SE corner of cemetery
UPDATE: September 30, 2012: Replaced the original container with something new and a bit larger. Same hiding spot, same coordinates, just placed a bit differently.
UPDATE: October 08, 2019 - found destroyed container laying on ground. Set out a new replacement and updated page write-up.
