Geocache Description:

An Cunigar is a spit of land extending into Dungarvan Bay from Ring. Its popular with walkers and birdwatchers. Its a great walk. When the tides out, you can see the oyster farms. Recently, a sperm whale beached itself here and sadly passed away.

There is a carpark to park up. There is no need for hiking boots, its a quick dash to the hide. Ideal cache for kids, although take care of brambles and barbed wire in vicinity of cache.
You will have to take care of mugglers, a lot of walkers will pass within 20 feet of it, so timing will be essential.
Do not cross into the field, its private land.
