Well it's five feet high and rising. That Johnny CASH song is a ROCK in my pipeline playlist. The cache hidden here up on the banks of Coyote creek is well above flood levels, so don't worry about looking around down by the water (or along the fence). It's a bit bigger than a micro, but not quite the volume of a small. BYOP.
The reason for the slightly higher terrain difficulty will be apparent once you get to gz. The coords should be pretty good.
