Geocache Description:

4WD'n In Woperana

Welcome to my 91st cache... Another cache in the Woperana State Park... Very nice area in here, and I decided to come in for another drive, and see if I can get down to the river. Well, the tracks were pretty muddy still, and i got pretty far in, and decided that, even with the mud tyres, this was as far as i was going without a winch on the vehicle. I really need to get one.

Anyhow, found the western end of the Grout Lagoon, and an area where the track turned south along a fence line, and decided to place the cache here. Very scenic as you can see from the pic.

You will probably need a 4WD at any time to access this cache, mud tyres will help at the moment. Would rate the track as a high moderate difficulty due to the puddles, ruts, etc. If you don't have a 4WD, walking access would be pretty easy, parking as close as you dare. You will have fun.

Terrain rating is for the driving difficulty in to the spot. Container is a 375ml plastic jar.

As with all my caches BE CAREFUL AND ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SNAKES. IT IS AUSTRALIA AND THEY ARE ALWAYS A THREAT, ESPECIALLY HERE.... Keep an eye on the kids if you have them near the water, and importantly, have fun....
