This is a permanent cache, it was placed for the CCARF11 event,
held October 22-23, 2011 and remains in place.

Are you one of those people whose eyes play tricks on you at
night and every little shadow looks like some ferocious beast
hiding just outside the reach of your flashlight? Hopefully not
because you are going to have to find this this cache in the
dark!

The fear of the dark is a common fear among children and to a
varying degree is observed for adults. Fear of the dark is usually
not fear of the darkness itself, but fear of possible or imagined
dangers concealed by the darkness. Some degree of fear of the dark
is natural, especially as a phase of child development. Most
observers report that fear of the dark seldom appears before the
age of 2 years. When fear of the dark reaches a degree that is
severe enough to be considered pathological, it is sometimes called
nyctophobia (from Greek ???, "night" and f?ß?a, phobia),
scotophobia, from s??t?? - "darkness", or lygophobia, from ???? -
"twilight" and achluophobia.
After dark bring a flashlight, a bright one, to the coordinates
listed for this cache. Sweep your flashlight around. Do you see two
eyes peering back at your from the distance? Maybe those aren't
eyes! Follow the trail of white reflective circles until you find
the cache location marked by two red triangles.
Good luck. Have fun. And whatever you do. Try not to think about
all the creepy things that might be hiding in the dark.
