This is a micro/small cache hidden in the Ocean View area of Norfolk. This cache was inspired by another cache that was hidden the same date in Portsmouth which got me on a mystery-cache kick :)
The container is secured in place -- please do not try to remove the container, just take off the lid to retrieve the log. To determine the coordinates, you must answer these questions, with the coordinates in this pattern:
