This is the 17th cache in the wizard of Oz series. You are about 4 1/4 miles into your hike and about a 1 mile from your car. If you want to get the final cache now that you have all the information you need it's is about a 1/2 mile to the final There's no place like home.
The Wizard of Oz series is in the Nipmuck State Forest in Union, Ct. This is a series of 17 caches, with a bonus cache at the end. You need to obtain all 17 caches to find the bonus cache. If you plan to do the whole series it will be about 5.5 miles, you can drive about a mile in to another parking area if you want to take a mile off the hike. If you do this series in order you will loop around the pond. There is a few side trails that you will have to take along the way. To get the bounce cache you will have to back track just a bit and take another side trail to a very nice spot. Some of the caches were placed with help from Alexis, Jordan and Shawn my great nieces and nephew. I hope you all enjoy the Land of Oz and the caches along the way.
