Geocache Description:

A regular sized cache hidden close to Big Lake

This cache is a part of my Middle Earth Series of caches. It is hidden just off the road on the way to Big Lake.

The Meadows around Big Lake have always reminded me of my vision of Rohan (Calenardhon, Ridermark) from the Two Towers.

I've eyed this hillside for two year, and when some of my other caches were destroyed by the Wallow Fire, I felt it appropriate to hide this one.

The approach is easiest from the north, although there is better parking off a FR to the south of the cache. It is a simple container, and most of the contents are for kids.
