Congrats to "Powercats on the Prowl" for FTF!

How many of you actually knew that Manhattan has a partnership with Dobrichovice,Czech Republic

If you're like me you might have seen the signs as you drive into town saying that Manhattan KS is the sister City of Dobrichovice, Czech Republic... recently they had a dedication flag raising located in the city park.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to find the cache near this display with out being caught or seen by a muggle. This is a very busy area and parking will be a challenge, but it is handicap accessible.
