Geocache Description:

A small camo plastic cup, in another container. It is off the main trail. Should not be a hard find as it is only a few hundred feet off of a trail and not far from a main road running through the park.

Ouabache (Wabash) Trails Park is 254 acres along the Wabash River. It hosts many activities and is the home to some great trails (caches included). The Park officially opened in 1985, and the first cache was placed in 2001. Ouabache GC1DD7, by Jim, Di & The Boyz.

Several Indiana artifacts have been discovered at this park, and Indian bones were found near here also. This cache is a placed in dedication to all people involved with Knox County Parks as they support Geocaching, some have even been long term cachers themselves. As you go to hunt this cache, be sure to listen for the drumbeat of the ancient Indians which used to call this area home. Many thanks to K.C.P. and Sweetlamb of CaptHarm&Sweetlamb for the wonderful cooperation and support of geocaching.

Congrats to DoctorsRiver85 on FTF!
