Oh Thank Heaven.... #1
This series will show off
new areas that have been recently developed. The changes that
have been made at this location are incredible. I have driven
by this area for years, every time the same... a row of old houses
that have all seen better days. We all knew that the
day would come when someone would buy up all the properties and
create a new world. What would be in this new world... we all
had to wait and watch while the buildings started going up. A big
new Surrey Out Patient Hospital popped up across the street from
this cache. I was surprised when the other store showed up...
I thought to myself, I really could have used this store over the
years.
This cache has been placed
with permission of the owner, in fact, I was given coupons to place
in the cache, please only take one coupon per person so other
geocachers can find a reward too. I hope to replenish the
coupons from time to time if they are being used responsibly... if
someone takes them all, I will not ask for more. Please let me know
if the coupons are running low and I will see what I can
do...
You will need you own
writing stick for this cache, please read the clue to help make the
find quicker, if any damage is being done to the property, I will
be asked to remove the cache as part of my verbal
contract.
Stealth will be required
to make the find... this can be a busy area so it may help to pick
your time you attempt to find the cache. Once you have avoided the
muggles, it should be a quick park and grab!

Update: The cache has been
relocated to another spot in the lot, it is accessible without
going into the landscaping and I would appreciate it if you didn't!
After the first cache was muggled in the first day along with all
the coupons, I knew that I had to move it to another location. The
cache is now a true "Park & Grab" as you can now use your
vehicle as a shield. The location is a less eyes on area. So I hope
this one will last a while longer, regardless, please make sure
that no eyes are watching when you retrieve the cache from under
the light shroud! How's that for a hint! The cache is in a plastic
bag that has a few coupons along with the log, please be sure to
seal the bag, if the bag no longer seals, please let me know in
your log.
