This cache was placed after doing Happy Chappies' Valley
of Darkness. A MUST DO for those who want an urban
adventure.
Koonung Creek Trail is a bicycle and pedestrian path which
follows the Eastern Freeway from Springvale Rd to Burke Rd where it
connects with the Main Yarra Trail. As such you will see cyclists,
dog walkers, joggers almost every evening using the path for
recreational purposes. Placing yet another cache here would give
cachers like us all the more reason to make our way here to work
those leg muscles while rewarding yourself with a smiley.
Cache should be an easy find, just beware of incoming cyclists
because they may be zooming past without warning. Being a micro,
there is no room for swaps so don't forget your geocaching MUST
HAVE tool, a pen.
